Living quarters consist of 17 single, 4 double, and 2 triple occupancy rooms. Traditionally, the doubles and triples are occupied by pledges or members who have not spent a year in the house with a roommate. Other accommodations include: a large living room with a fireplace and a 52" TV,a recreation room containing a pool table and ping pong table, fully equipped kitchen, free laundry facilities, and cable TV.

Parking is provided on the basis of seniority for members and then is granted to boarders if available. Parking is not guaranteed for all residents. The final assignment of parking is at the discretion of the house Sergeant-at-Arms.

All resident rooms are equipped with computer networking attached to a Cable Internet connection. In addition there is a wireless network securely broadcast throughout the house.
