Current cost of living at Phi Alpha Kappa is $600/month for room and board.

A security deposit of $300 is required before moving into a room, and as a new resident, the first month's rent is due at the time of the lease signing.

Members in the house also have social dues each semester of $150. Initiation fees of $45 for pledges and $30 for actives are given in the spring to help cover the added costs of initiation.
